Government, in reply to their renewed enquiry, that a judicial
authority or.Court of Law in England does not intervene in
such a matter. In its last Note the Ministry ways that from
previous similar cases it is known that an intervention by
British Authorities is possible and the Ministry requests me
to inform "the competent authorities of the case and to
obtain their decision; and if they are of opinion that they
are not called upon to intervene, to state expressly what
legal regulations apply.
